1.Canada Immigration Express Entry

This is one of the most common Canadiam migration streams between experienced migrants. The stream launched in 2015 and has sourced many experienced immigrants for the Canadian Government.

Canadian Express entry is a point-centered system where candidates are rated on a predefined set of criteria which ultimately lead to the calculation of the final score. Candidates are also called depending on their ranking in the Canadian Immigration Express Entry Pool.

Who Is Eligible To Apply?

  • People who have an undergraduate, graduate or PhD degree are eligible to apply. The higher the study level is, the more points the candidate will get.
  • At least 2 years (over the last 5 years) or foreign or Canadian experience in a skilled exchange under the key classes of NOC B program.
  • Candidates with 1 year of Canadian experience in Canadian Experience Class 0, A, B will get more Canada PR points.
  • Candidates up to 29 years also will receive more Canada PR points. For those above 29, 5 points will be taken off for every extra year of age.

 

Note: A full-time job offer letter with a favorable Labour Market Impact Assessment from a Canadian employer will award more points to the Candidate. Candidates with qualifications that are in demand in Canada should better contact their candidate employers first.

Application processing period: varies from area to area but in most cases, it can take 6-8 months.

Application cost: $1040/applicator

Route to PR status:  Nearly guaranteed. Since you receive a PR once you get an invitation and become accepted for an Express Entry, you’ll achieve your Canadia Citizenship if you live at least 3 out of the 5 past years following your acceptance in Canada
