8. Having dryness of skin and Itching :
Kidneys work hard to expel excess fluids and waste from our blood, produce blood cells and strike a mineral balance in our systems every day. Itchy and dry skin patches may indicate that the kidneys are no longer able to strike that mineral and nutrients balance which is necessary for keeping our muscles, bones, and skin healthy.
